A Dad, a Neighbor, and a Former Army Leader Ready to Serve School board District 3

I’m Payten Redfearn — a 21-year Army veteran, former contracting officer and division chief, and a dad with three girls in Huntsville City Schools. I’ve spent my career fixing broken systems, managing complex budgets, and making sure people on the ground have what they need to succeed. Huntsville is our home because of its teachers, its families, and its schools, and I’m running for the Board of Education to bring steady, practical leadership to District 3.

Invest in the Future Our Children Deserve

Every child in District 3 deserves strong teachers, safe schools, and leaders who communicate with honesty and heart. If you believe in that future, your support can help bring it to life. Together, we can build classrooms where teachers feel valued, families feel heard, and students feel safe to dream big. Your donation isn’t just a contribution—it’s a commitment to brighter futures for our children.

If you’re ready to get involved, we’d be glad to have you on the team. After a career built on service and steady leadership, I’ve learned that real progress happens when people show up, work together, and follow through. Volunteers help us connect with families, support events, and make sure clear, honest information reaches every parent in District 3.

Whether you’re comfortable talking with neighbors, helping behind the scenes, or lending a hand at community gatherings, there’s a place here where your time and experience matter. Filling out this form is the first step — let us know how you’d like to help, and we’ll reach out with opportunities that fit your strengths and availability.

Your presence, your reliability, and your willingness to be part of this effort truly make a difference for our kids and our community.
